METRO's Passenger Policies

METRO has ZERO tolerance for harassment.

METRO is introducing a NEW, public awareness safety campaign aimed at prohibiting and preventing harassment on our transit system, while also providing reporting tools for passengers if they ever feel unsafe.

Look for new posters and brochures on our buses and at the
METRO Pulse at Elm Street.

METRO's Passenger Policies apply for all METRO buses, bus shelters, and the Downtown Transportation Center (PULSE) at Elm Street.
