Several accommodations are available for riders who are blind or visually impaired.
Schedule Information
Call customer service at 207-774-0351 and follow the prompts to receive an audio list of the METRO schedule. METRO's customer service representatives are available to help Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the METRO Pulse on Elm Street.

Southern Maine Transit Tracker (SMTT)
The Southern Maine Transit Tracker provides real-time schedule information and interactive maps. Zoom in on maps and schedules for easier access.

METRO staff works with representatives from the Iris Network, State of Maine Division for the Blind & Visually Impaired and others to provide accessible materials and improve our service.
Additional Suggestions
Additional suggestions are welcomed by emailing the METRO.
Riders with disabilities accompanied by a service animal are welcome on METRO buses. The service animal is the responsibility of the rider and must be under control at all times. METRO reserves the right to refuse passage to a service animal that poses a direct threat to the health and safety of others.
The METRO will consider requests for reasonable modifications to policies and procedures with disabilities. Email the Metro with your request and please include your contact information and the type of request.
