Eastbound – Congress St., left on High Street, right on Cumberland Ave., right on Forest Ave., back to Congress St.
Westbound - Congress St., right on Forest Ave., left on Cumberland Ave., left on State Street, back to Congress St.
There will be a rolling detour High St. to Pearl St. 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
