METRO is looking for new options for our riders to pay fares. We are interested in learning how technology could be used to pay your bus fare and want to know what our customers think.

Don't have a computer? No Problem. Printed copies of the survey are also available. Just ask a customer service representative (riding the bus, at the Elm St. Pulse, or at 114 Valley St.) for a copy, fill it out, and return it when you're done.
The Fare Survey will be open: January 31 - February 12, 2019.
