There Are Three Ways To Pay
Special notes for those paying cash – If you prefer to pay cash, you can! Drop the exact fare into the fare box and proceed to find a seat. Drivers cannot make change. If you need to transfer between services, you’ll need to pay another fare. Passengers paying with cash are not entitled to free transfers or fare capping benefits.

Reduced Fares
No matter how you pay, you may be eligible for reduced fare.
Metro offers reduced fare for seniors 65+; red, white, & blue Medicare card holders; persons with disabilities; SSI, SSDI, & VA benefit recipients; veterans; and youth (age 6-18).
